Policy

Thank you for choosing Ali's Luxe Beauty! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Allergy Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for informing Ali's Luxe Beauty of any known allergies or sensitivities to makeup products or tools before the appointment.
While we use high-quality, professional-grade products, Ali's Luxe Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. A patch test can be arranged upon request prior to the appointment.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
No-shows may be subject to full payment for the missed appointment.

3. Late Arrivals
Please be on time for your appointment at the provided location. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment at the artist's discretion.

4. Hygiene and Safety
All tools and products are sanitized and handled according to professional hygiene standards to ensure your safety.
Clients are expected to arrive with a clean face (free of makeup) unless otherwise instructed.

5. Payment and Deposits
Full payment is due upon completion of the service after the prior deposit has been made.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given.

6. Special Requests
If you have specific preferences or requirements, please communicate them during the consultation or at the time of booking.
